Zaeyna Shipping Policy

Shipping Overview
Zaeyna currently ships to many countries, including the European Union and UAE. We are committed to providing efficient and reliable shipping for our customers. 

Shipping Process

  • Shipment Handling Time:
    All in-stock items are typically dispatched within 10  business days (Monday to Friday) following the completion of your order. During special promotions or sales periods, processing times may take longer.

  • Shipment Confirmation:
    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment’s status.

  • Delivery Time:
    Estimated transit times after dispatch range from 10 to 12 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

  • Shipment Invoice:
    Each order will include a printed invoice that declares the value of the merchandise.

Please Note:
Zaeyna is not responsible for shipment delays caused by weather conditions, customs issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Inspection upon Delivery

Upon delivery, please inspect the package carefully before signing for the receipt. Zaeyna uses sturdy, hard cardboard packaging secured with our Zaeyna logo printed on extra strong tape.

  • If the package appears damaged or if it was opened during shipment, keep the packaging and contact us immediately at contact-us@zaeyna.com.

Non-Delivery and Return Policy

If your package is not successfully delivered due to a lack of cooperation from the customer (such as an incorrect address, missing contact details, or failure to comply with import regulations), the shipment may be returned to Hungary at your expense. This includes any import fees that may apply upon re-entry to Hungary. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

For returns or issues with your order, please contact us at contact-us@zaeyna.com. Shipping fees, export taxes, and duty fees are non-refundable.

Domestic Shipping (France):

Free Shipping within  France

International Shipping (for countries in the European Union 

The shipping fee for most countries is 19€, and free shipping is available on orders over 300€.

UAE shipping fees is 30€ and free shipping is available on orders over 300€.

Import fees are variable and depend on local customs policies.

 

 

Import Fees

Import fees (taxes, duties, etc.) may be charged by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Before placing your order, we recommend checking with your local customs office to ensure you're aware of any applicable fees.

If you're unsure of the import tax costs, please contact us, and we can provide an estimated calculation based on your destination.

Free Shipping Offers

We typically offer free shipping on all orders over 300€ (excluding potential import duties). Additionally, we may run promotions that include free shipping with other conditions.
