Return Policy
We accept returns on unused, unworn, and undamaged items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
The product is in its original condition, with tags still attached.
The product is in its original packaging.
Items must not have been washed, worn, or altered in any way.
How to initiate a return:

Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Carefully pack the item with the original packaging and the RA number clearly marked on the return package.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Custom-made or personalized products
Products purchased outside the 30-day return window
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note: Refunds do not include the original shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. Our customer service team is always happy to assist you with this process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will gladly offer a full refund or send you a replacement at no extra charge. To expedite the process, please provide clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged.
International Returns
For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, customs duties, taxes, or other import fees are non-refundable.
